Imran
Master the movement before you load the weight. Pain free is the real progress, quality of movement over quantity.
Professional Experience
Imran began his career in luxury fashion at Harrods, working in menswear for Valentino and Salvatore Ferragamo. While he enjoyed the environment, he felt drawn to a career where he could create more meaningful impact through health and fitness. This led him to retrain and start as a personal trainer in Farringdon, where his curiosity and drive to progress quickly stood out.
He went on to join Ultimate Performance, earning recognition as one of the company’s top 10 percent of trainers in 2024. After more than two years at UP, Imran transitioned to independent coaching, including a period working in the UAE. This breadth of experience has shaped a coach who values continual learning, constructive critique, and surrounding himself with strong teams to keep evolving his craft.
Coaching Philosophy
Exercise should be pain free and tailored to the individual. Imran’s approach prioritises teaching clients how to move well first, then building strength and capacity on that solid foundation. He is known for his attention to detail and for adapting movements to fit the client rather than forcing the client to fit a particular exercise. The aim is long term progress that feels good, functions well, and stands up in real life.
